1) Our off day is EVERY MONDAY - NO CALLS OR SMS either Emails will be entertain...we try to reply day after...SORRY!

2) Meeting / Discussion by appointment ONLY...PLS SMS to set date n time....NO WALK IN VISITORS

3) We try to respond to ur email within 1 week time..should u yet to receive any respond from us pls re-send ur email..or if u need urgent respond PLEASE CALL/SMS...we also can be contacted by phone kan :)

4) Booking normally opened 6 month before the event date and with deposit paid only.

5) Please respect OUR TIME & your time too..Be punctual for your appointment with us..We really appreciate if you could inform us earlier (i.e 1 day in advance) if you unable to attend the appointment..so that we can arrange the slot to other customer.
